Product Delivery Manager

Position Overview

The Product Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of products that meet business objectives and customer needs. This role bridges the gap between product strategy and technical execution by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive collaboration across departments to deliver high-impact products on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Operations to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Define delivery roadmaps, set milestones, and track progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on timelines, scope, and dependencies.
• Work closely with product owners to translate requirements into actionable delivery plans.
• Ensure post-delivery review and continuous improvement through feedback and performance metrics.
• Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and prioritization to optimize productivity and cost-efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and best practices across the delivery lifecycle.
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of IT experience and 7+ years of experience in product delivery, project management, or program management roles.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in an Agile or hybrid environment.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and SDLC processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
• Experience managing software or digital product deliveries.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
